SUMMARY:The Nansen Legacy Symposium
DESCRIPTION:The Nansen Legacy project invites the Arctic research community to the international symposium in Tromsø\, Norway\, 7-9 November 2023. \nWe welcome contributions and discussions across Earth system science to shed light on and reveal both regional characteristics\, connections and pan-Arctic responses. Join with contributions and discussions on how the Arctic Ocean is changing and what it will look like in the near future. \nSix sessions with oral and poster presentations will provide disciplinary focus across regions\, and regional focus across disciplines. While the Nansen Legacy project has focused on the rapidly changing northern Barents Sea shelf and adjacent Arctic Basin\, we strive for participation representing the Pan-Arctic heterogeneity to exchange knowledge and to connect science\, regions\, and humans.
